Neither, really. I have over 300 watchers and maybe 10 of them give me regular feedback. 
Pageviews mean absolutely nothing (especially after that whole purchasing pageviews incident) and watchers who don't comment/fave are just a number. I'd much rather just make friends and exchange feedback on each other's work.
