It's kind of counterintuitive to say that Ferals belong to the same cathegory as anthros. The reason the class "anthros" exist in the first place is to distinguish them from the ferals.
"anthro" comes from the word "antrhopomorphic"

In other words, if something is Feral is because is not Anthropomorfic, at the same time something Antrhopomorfic can't be feral.
