Blizz the Icemane

Icemane's are the lions of the cold climates. They don't do well in temperatures over 60 degrees. And thrive in temperatures 40 below.
Their bodies are warm to the touch but vivid blue tufts and mane, while typically soft, are cold and able to stiffen like icicles when threatened.
When they shake frost flecks sparkle off their mane.
